How can I do this? #### Logging in to your ActBlue Express account When attempting to log into your ActBlue Express account, you will first need to enter the email address that the account is associated with. Then select “sign in with your saved password”. If you are unable to sign in with your saved password, you can choose the “Email a sign-in code” option to receive a one-time sign-in code by email. #### Additionally, if you created your account using Google, you may sign in by connecting your Google account. ![Sign in view of logging into ActBlue](https://actblue-img.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/SignInUpdate2.4.26/password_login.png) ![Window with a field to enter the one-time code](https://actblue-img.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/SignInUpdate2.4.26/code_entry.png) #### Resetting your password when logged in To update your password, you can click on the Account menu at the top of your screen and select “Settings” from the dropdown.   ![](https://help.actblue.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/12.2022+Donor+Left+Nav+Audit_12-1.png)   Click “Change password.”   ![](https://help.actblue.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/GettingToKnowTab.png)   If you [created your ActBlue account using a Gmail- or Gmail-affiliated email address](https://help.actblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/16869130896407-signing-in-to-your-actblue-account-using-google) and do not have an ActBlue password, you can add one.    ![](https://help.actblue.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/ChangePassword1.png)   A pop-up will ask you how you want to verify your identity. You can either request a temporary code or enter your password.   ![](https://help.actblue.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/OTCChangeAccountEmail1.png)   Use at least eight characters, including a number and a letter, for your new password. If you created your [ActBlue Express account using Google](https://help.actblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/16869106613271-creating-an-actblue-express-account-using-google) and do not have an ActBlue password, you will only see the option to use a temporary code.    ![](https://help.actblue.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/ChangeEmailAddress.png) If you use a temporary code, ActBlue will email the address listed in the pop-up. ![](https://help.actblue.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/OTCChangeAccountEmail2.png) The code included in the email will expire after 10 minutes. Click “Resend code” to receive a new one. ![](https://help.actblue.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/OTCChangePassword3.png) Enter the code in the code field or use your current password to create your new one. Click “Update password” to save your changes. In the next pop-up, enter your current password, create a new password, and confirm your new password. Click “Update password” to save your changes and continue. ![](https://help.actblue.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/OTCChangePassword4.png)   After three failed login attempts, your account locks, and you won’t be able to log in. After the second incorrect attempt, a message will let you know you have one attempt remaining, and you’ll see an option to [reset your password](https://secure.actblue.com/reset).   You can reset your password instead of making a final login attempt. ![](https://help.actblue.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/LockedOut3-1.png) -
