How do I update my credit card and personal information in my account?

Update your credit card

Click on “Account” at the top of your screen, and choose “Payment Methods” from the dropdown.

Here, you can update your current credit card information, change your default payment method, and add a new credit card or PayPal™ account to your ActBlue Express account.

Note: Some campaigns and organizations using ActBlue for fundraising may not accept PayPal as a payment option. Contribution forms that permit PayPal will clearly display it as an available payment method.

Updating your credit card information in your account will not update the payment information on your recurring donations. Learn how to update recurring contributions.

Update your personal information

Log in to your account, click on the “Account” button in the top right, and choose “ActBlue Express Profile” from the dropdown.

Here, you can update contact information, employer information, and tipping preferences.

To edit your name, email, phone number, or address, click “Contact Info.” To update your employer or occupation, click “Employment.” Campaign finance law requires employment information.
