Why can’t I use PayPal every time I donate?

We know PayPal™ is a popular donation method, so we’re proud to offer it on ActBlue whenever possible. However, we cannot provide it for some groups that use ActBlue due to specific state campaign finance laws outside our control. Unfortunately, this is not up to us or the individual groups that use our platform.
