How do I update my credit card and personal information for my recurring contribution?

Every month, we send a receipt for your recurring contribution via email. The easiest way to change or cancel your recurring contribution is by clicking the “Edit payment details” link at the bottom of the receipt.

To update a recurring contribution via your ActBlue Express account, log in at https://secure.actblue.com/signin.

Click on “Recurring” under “Contributions” in the left navigation bar.

Click on the recurring contribution you would like to change.

On a recurring contribution’s Details page, you can view your current payment information and payment schedule.

Click “Change Payment Method” at the bottom of the page to change the credit card information associated with that recurring contribution.

You cannot change personal information associated with a specific recurring contribution, such as the contact info and billing address. You may cancel the donation and create a new one with the correct information.
