ActBlue is technically a political action committee, but we serve as a conduit for individual contributions made through our platform. Under federal law, these contributions come from individuals; they are not considered PAC donations.  As federal law requires, ActBlue reports and itemizes (lists the donor name and information) every federal donation that comes through our platform to the Federal Election Commission, including those under $200. It’s easy to look up federal donations made through ActBlue and see how the process works.  [Go to the ActBlue committee overview](https://www.fec.gov/data/committee/C00401224/) on the Federal Election Commission’s website. On the “Financial summary” page, click the link for “Itemized individual contributions” (the underlined dollar amount on the right).   ![](https://help.actblue.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/ContributionsThroughAB1.png)   You will land on a page of individual receipts. The “Recipient” column lists ActBlue because of our conduit structure.
