Donating to a new group
If you know what group or candidate you want to donate to, log in to your account and type their name in the search bar at the top of the page.
You can also discover new groups to support through your ActBlue Express Dashboard. Under “Recent Contributions,” there are two modules: one for searching for candidates and the other for nonprofit organizations.
Use the “Find a candidate” tool to find political campaigns to donate to. You can expand to “see all filters” and refine your search.
Use the “Find nonprofits related to” tool to find a nonprofit organization. As you select issue areas, filter options will populate.
After selecting your filters, click “Find candidates” or “Find nonprofits” to view the results.
Select “Browse” from the left navigation bar to view the full search page.
Search for a specific candidate or organization by name or use our filters to search by upcoming elections, state or territory, office sought, committee type, fund type (like nominee funds and draft funds), or nonprofit issue area.
Once you find a group to give to, you can donate from the search results.
You can also search for candidates or organizations from your mobile device after logging in to your account.
Donating to a group you gave to in the past
To donate to a group you’ve given to before, log into your ActBlue Express account.
Click on “History” under “Contributions” to see a chronological list of past contributions. Click “Donate again” next to the group you would like to give to again.
A pop-up will ask if you want to give once or monthly.
A pop-up will confirm your donation, and it will now appear at the top of your History page.
