If you’re locked out of your account, go to this page to reset your password. Enter the email address you use to log in, and we’ll email you a secure link to reset your password and unlock your account.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. (add info@actblue.com to your email address book to prevent our emails from getting marked as spam). Click on the link in the email to reset your password.
After three failed login attempts, your account locks, and you won’t be able to log in. After the second incorrect attempt, a message will let you know you have one attempt remaining, and you’ll see an option to reset your password.
You can reset your password instead of making a final login attempt.
