We strongly recommend starting a recurring fundraising program; our tools make it easy. You can use different pop-ups, write a static recurring pitch, or create a free gift option for recurring donors.
Edit recurring settings
Head to the “Recurring settings” tab of your form editor.
Recurring upsells
Find the options for recurring upsells in the “Recurring donations” dropdown menu.
The “Specified duration” pop-up prompts one-time donors to give a monthly donation of the same amount they just gave, and donors can set the number of months they would like their donation to recur.
“Unlimited” is an upsell that prompts donors who just gave a one-time contribution to also offer a monthly donation of the same amount. This monthly contribution recurs until the donor cancels it.
Both of these pop-up options will look similar to this:

Smart Recurring
Two Smart Recurring upsells base the recurring ask amount on the donor’s one-time donation. The “Unlimited + Smart Suggestion” option presents one-time donors with a pop-up asking them to give monthly contributions smaller than the amount they just gave.
“Unlimited + Smart Options,” the default upsell, presents one-time donors with a pop-up that suggests multiple lower monthly donations, and donors have the option to set their own amount.

Regardless of the recurring pop-up you use, one-time donations will always process first, and you won’t lose a one-time donation if a donor opts out of your recurring program. You can also customize the title and ask for any recurring pop-ups. Please note: If you enable Smart Boost in the “Post-donation upsells” tab of the form editor, the recurring pop-up will be disabled, even if you have a recurring pop-up tool selected in the “Recurring settings” tab.
Recurring pitch
The recurring pitch tool allows you to write a custom pitch highlighting the recurring option at a supporter's final step of donating.
Recurring incentive
Recurring incentives are free gifts for supporters who sign up for a recurring donation. You cannot include a recurring pitch and incentive on the same form.

Accessing recurring data
You can see who made a recurring contribution in the detailed contribution list and report for each contribution form. Click the "Stats" button at the top when previewing your form.
Click the “View all contributions” button to find the list of detailed contributions or download a report.
You can also see who made a recurring donation by searching for a specific contribution in the Contributions Search tab in your Dashboard toolbar.
You’ll see a note that the contribution will recur each month and the one-time contribution amount.
