ActBlue user roles and permissions dictate what users can do on our platform. If the tools or features in this article are unavailable to you, speak to your entity Admin first about updating your permissions.
Update your contact information in the Settings tab of your Dashboard toolbar.
You can add or update your campaign or organization’s website, Facebook, and Twitter accounts on this page. Copy and paste the URLs into the designated fields. By adding your website and social media links, donors can follow you or head to your website from the search results in their ActBlue Express accounts.
The mailing address you provide is where we will send your checks, so you want to ensure this address is where you want your money sent. Organizations with direct deposit set up will receive funds directly into their bank accounts.
In the Contact Information section, add a team member for ActBlue to contact with questions regarding your account.
You can also enter a “Donor-facing contact email.” ActBlue support will share with email donors when they have questions. It’s important to keep this information up to date.
The amount of support that the ActBlue Customer Service Team can provide is dependent on the permissions that you have. Check with your entity Admin about your assigned role.
If you have any questions, please contact our support team using the email address you use to access your ActBlue account.
