ActBlue user roles and permissions dictate what users can do on our platform. If the tools or features in this article are unavailable to you, speak to your entity Admin first about updating your permissions.
To hide a form you no longer need, archive it by clicking the three dots to the right of your form’s name in the “Contribution Forms” tab of your Dashboard.
Archived forms:
- Are no longer visible to the public via link
- Cannot receive donations
- Cannot be edited
You can revive archived forms. Please note that your default contribution form cannot be archived.
Archived forms are in gray, as shown below. Once you leave the “Contribution Forms” tab after archiving a form, you won’t see it in the list of forms anymore. Use the search tool in “Contribution Forms” to find archived forms. If you want to revive an archived form, click the “Restore” button.
