This article walks Admin-level users through managing who has access to their Core ActBlue fundraising Dashboard. It covers checking whether you have the right permissions, inviting a new user via the People tab, removing an existing user, and a callout that Admins can't remove their own access and must contact support instead.  ### **In this article:** 1. If you are not currently an **Admin** user, you will need to contact the existing **Admin** user(s) on your team to make any changes. Once you're finished, click the blue **Grant Access** button: ![](https://actblue-img.s3.amazonaws.com/support.actblue.com/For+Campaigns+and+Organizations/TheDashboard/Roles+%26+Perms/R%26P3.png) Once you've granted your new user access, they should receive an email from ActBlue with further instructions on how to access your Dashboard. If you receive an error message while attempting to add a new user to your account, this likely means that the email address you're attempting to grant access to has been permanently deleted by its associated user: ![](https://actblue-img.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/help.actblue.com/Adding+and+Removing+Users/Screenshot+2025-05-13+at+11.52.14%E2%80%AFAM.png) In this case, you will need to request an alternate email address from the person you're trying to add to your Dashboard and then repeat the steps outlined above. --- ### **I'm an Admin - how do I remove an existing user from my Dashboard?** To remove a new user to your Dashboard, start by navigating to the **People** tab under the **Settings** heading on the left-hand menu:  ![A screenshot of the People tab of the Settings section of the Dashboard menu.](https://actblue-img.s3.amazonaws.com/support.actblue.com/For+Campaigns+and+Organizations/TheDashboard/Roles+%26+Perms/R%26P1.png) This will take you to your Dashboard's **People** page where you can view a list of users who currently have access to your campaign or organization.
