Managed forms can only be created and customized by Dashboard users [with the applicable roles and permissions](https://help.actblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/16870076456599-how-do-i-enable-specific-user-roles-and-permissions). Donors can create, customize, and manage their forms, as well as view basic data for donations received through them.  While donors retain direct editorial control over their grassroots fundraising forms, all funds received through their forms will still go directly to your campaign or organization.
