How can I cancel a recurring donation or request a refund for someone who donated through my supporter form?

Donors using your supporter form may request a refund or ask to cancel their recurring donation. We’re happy to assist you and the donor with these requests. To streamline the process, we've made it possible for the donor to submit these requests directly to us using this contact form.

If a donor messages you requesting a refund or to cancel their recurring contribution, please feel free to forward that message to us or direct them to the form above. We will do our best to help resolve their request as quickly as possible.
