Why isn't my donor's recent contribution appearing on my Dashboard?
If a donor recently contributed to your campaign or organization, but you're not seeing the donation reflected on your Dashboard, please reach out to our support team for more information.
With your request, be sure to include the donor's name and email address, as well as the date the contribution was attempted. If possible, please also include the donor's zip code and the last 4 digits of the card used to make the contribution.
