What is Candidate and Political Organization Badging?
Candidate and Political Organization Badging is a new and simple way to verify who you're supporting on ActBlue. When you give to a candidate or political organization, you will now see a small Candidate or Political Organization badge displayed on the contribution form:

These badges are not an endorsement, a rating, a ranking, or a guarantee from ActBlue. It simply tells you whether you’re giving directly to a candidate or supporting a political organization’s efforts.
Where will I see Contribution Form Badging displayed?
Badging will display in a form's right-hand donation window on both desktop and mobile. You'll see it whether you're giving for the first time, are a returning donor, or are signed in to your ActBlue Express account.
For added clarity on tandem forms, badging will only display if every listed recipient is a candidate. If the form includes both a candidate and a political organization, these badges will not appear.

Why am I not seeing Badging displayed on a form?
There are a few common reasons why you might not see a badge displayed on a form:
- The form you're donating through isn't for a candidate or political organization but instead a nonprofit.
- The form you're donating through is for multiple recipients, and at least one of them isn't the same as the others.
- Badging is still rolling out and hasn't reached the form you're donating through yet.
A missing badge doesn't mean a form isn't trustworthy! It just means the form doesn't meet the conditions above.
