If your committee or organization requires Authorization Verification Service (AVS), you can download PDF reports for each contribution from your ActBlue Dashboard. AVS verifies a cardholder's address details, including ZIP code, street address, city, or state.
To download AVS files:
- Navigate to the Reporting tab in your Dashboard
- Locate the payout you need
- Click the PDF button under the Downloads column
Each PDF will contain the AVS verification details for that specific payout.
Important note about payment methods:
The AVS card check is only performed for credit card transactions. If you notice missing AVS data in the reporting center, these entries correspond to PayPal and Venmo transactions. PayPal and Venmo use different address verification methods than credit cards, and this information is not included in the transaction data they send to us.
