To ensure donors maintain trust in us and the causes that fundraise on ActBlue, we require all organizations to adhere to our Terms of Service (including our Account Use Policy). ActBlue Express users can report contribution forms they believe violate our terms directly from the contribution form they are viewing.

By selecting “Report this form,” you can provide feedback on contribution forms that potentially violate the standards and expectations for fundraising on ActBlue. Once this is selected, a feedback pop-up will appear to help you provide the reason for your submission.
