We're invoiced manually, and we'd like to move to auto-billing. Can we make that happen?
In most cases, yes! Reach out to us and let us know your campaign name. We'll likely be able to confirm that we can switch your campaign to auto-billing to a credit card - we'll provide a link to a Stripe page that you can use to input card details.
If your campaign does switch to auto-billing, your credit card on file will be auto-charged on the first day of the month for the prior month. (For example, you'll be auto-charged for your August invoice on September 1.) Invoices will include your monthly subscription fee, and any fees for texting/calling/forms/voter registration, just like they do now with your manual invoicing. You'll receive a receipt emailed to you after the invoice has been paid.
