What does "administrators have not started this phone bank yet" mean? 

As of July 2025, ActBlue Field Tools improved the method of starting a phone bank; publishing a phone banking action now starts the phone bank automatically, with no need for a second step to explicitly "start." Therefore, the warning "Administrators have not started this phone bank yet" no longer appears in Field Tools. We'll soon remove this article entirely. Happy phone banking!
