We're sorry to hear you're experiencing a potential technical issue! Typically, these issues do not indicate a site-wide ActBlue failure, and can be self-resolved.  --- ### **How can I self-resolve my technical issue?** To self-resolve your technical issue, we recommend trying the following:  **1. Ensuring your Internet browser is fully up-to-date.** This is important for security reasons, but may also impact the functionality of your contribution forms and other ActBlue features.  - [Google Chrome - How to update](https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414) - [Safari - How to update](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204416) - [Firefox - How to update](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version) **2. Disabling any plug-ins/extensions on your Internet browser.** This is important because third party plug-ins can sometimes malfunction or create unintended errors.  **4. Using a different Internet browser or an Incognito/Private browsing window** This will help determine whether the issue you're experiencing is specific to you/your Internet browser or a possible site-wide ActBlue problem.  Please also note that we no longer support Internet Explorer! --- ### **What if I'm still experiencing my technical issue?** If you're still experiencing a technical issue even after completing the steps outlined above, please [contact support](http://actblue.com/contact) and include the following: - What specific action you're attempting to take that's not functioning as intended (ex. clicking the refund button on a donation and receiving an error message) - Whether you're experiencing the issue on desktop or mobile - What type of device you're using (tablet, laptop, phone, etc) - The URL of the page you're experiencing the issue with - A screenshot or screen recording of the issue - Your browser/system information (obtainable via [this link](https://www.whatismybrowser.com/%20.))  -
