Sign in to your ActBlue Express account. Click on the Account menu at the top of your screen and select “Settings” from the dropdown.
Click “Change password.”
If you created your ActBlue account using a Gmail- or Gmail-affiliated email address and do not have an ActBlue password, you can add one.
A pop-up will ask you how you want to verify your identity. You can either request a temporary code or enter your password.
Use at least eight characters, including a number and a letter, for your new password.
If you created your ActBlue Express account using Google and do not have an ActBlue password, you will only see the option to use a temporary code.
If you use a temporary code, ActBlue will email the address listed in the pop-up.
The code included in the email will expire after 10 minutes. Click “Resend code” to receive a new one.
Enter the code in the code field or use your current password to create your new one.
Click “Update password” to save your changes.
In the next pop-up, enter your current password, create a new password, and confirm your new password. Click “Update password” to save your changes and continue.
After three failed login attempts, your account locks, and you won’t be able to log in. After the second incorrect attempt, a message will let you know you have one attempt remaining, and you’ll see an option to reset your password.
You can reset your password instead of making a final login attempt.
