What is a one-time password code (OTP)?
A one-time password code (OTP) is a temporary, unique code sent to a user to verify their identity. ActBlue uses OTP verification to provide enhanced security during the account sign-in process or when changing account settings.
To sign into your ActBlue profile using an OTP, simply enter your email address and click "Sign In." This will send an OTP code to your email address that you'll then need to enter on the ActBlue sign-in page when prompted.

To protect your account, you may also be prompted to enter an OTP after signing in with email/password credentials, or when changing sensitive account information.
You can also click the "Sign in With Google" button to sign into your ActBlue account through Gmail. For more information on this process, please refer to our support guide, available here. Please note that you will need a Google-based email address (typically ending in @gmail.com) to access this feature.
If you are not receiving emails that contain the OTP temporary code, these messages may have ended up in your email’s spam or junk folder. To prevent this from happening, add noreply@actblue.com to your address book.
