How do I gain access to an existing fundraising Dashboard?
For security purposes, only users with Admin-level access can add or remove other users from an ActBlue fundraising Dashboard.
If you're presently in touch with any current or previous members of your team who may have Admin access, we highly recommend reaching out to them first before contacting ActBlue support. Existing Admins should be able to grant you user access using the instructions found here.
Once access is granted, you should receive a confirmation email from ActBlue with a link to access your Dashboard.
