Our contact list from VAN/EveryAction doesn't include the data we expect.
If you imported a contact list from NGP VAN/EveryAction and it didn't include the data you were expecting, these might be the culprit:
If the list did import and is showing VAN IDs, but not names and/or phone numbers (or names are shown as "Unknown":
Make sure you used the SmsSync export type when you imported the list.

If you don't see SmsSync as an option under VAN Export Types, you'll need help from the VAN/EveryAction team to enable that export type option in your account. Here's a template of a message to send to VAN/EveryAction support - feel free to CC us at support@impactive.io, and we'll be happy to consult directly with the VAN/EveryAction team to provide more information as needed.
