If you delete an ActBlue Express account, you cannot use the email associated with that account again to create a new account. Deleting your ActBlue Express account will also stop any active recurring contributions. Learn how to change or cancel your recurring contribution without deleting your account.
To permanently delete your account, sign in and click on the Account menu in the navigation bar at the top of your screen. Choose “Settings” from the dropdown and click the “Delete my account” button on the right side of your screen.
A pop-up will ask you to acknowledge that recurring transactions and contributions associated with your account will end, and you will permanently lose access to any contribution forms you have created. Deleting your ActBlue Express account is not the same as deleting a campaign or organization’s account.
You can either request a temporary code or enter your password to delete your account.
If you created your ActBlue Express account using Google and do not have an ActBlue password, you will only see the option to use a temporary code.
If you use a temporary code, ActBlue will email the address listed in the pop-up.
The code included in the email will expire after 10 minutes. Click “Resend code” to receive a new one.
Enter the code in the code field, or verify your identity using your password, and click “Permanently delete account.”
After permanently deleting your account, you will receive an email confirmation.
