What are the point values of volunteer actions? 

ActBlue Field Tools offers built-in gamification via badges and points for volunteers; these points are visible on a volunteer's profile page (for web or mobile app), and also feed into various team leaderboards present throughout Field Tools.

Volunteers accrue points for completing certain actions in Field Tools, with the following values:

  • Perform of a Social Sharing action: 400 points

  • Recruiting a new user via their personalized referral link: 300 points

  • Performing any other type of action: 300 points

  • Sending a Field Tools invite to a friend: 300 points

  • Syncing personal contacts to Field Tools: 200 points

  • Filling a report: 50 points

  • Manually matching a personal contact: 10 points

  • Sending a message via a messaging action (Peer-to-Peer Texting, replies for Broadcast Texting, Friends and Family Messaging, Canvassing): 1 point
